A personal trainer who creates balanced diet plans for hundreds of Australians has shared an ingenious trick for crisping up bacon in the microwave. Matt Hampton is an online fitness coach who helps people to sculpt their bodies and tailor their nutrition so they can enjoy a healthy lifestyle with the finer things included. The trainer from Adelaide posted a TikTok video showing followers how to crisp bacon without a frying pan or judi slot grill by covering a plate with a sheet of paper towel, laying four strips of raw meat on top and covering them with another paper sheet.
